Terms of Service

MSP License Tracker provides read-only Microsoft 365 license visibility, license snapshots, inactive-user reporting where available, billing alerts, and CSV exports for MSPs and IT consultants.

Users remain responsible for billing decisions, validating Microsoft Graph data, maintaining Microsoft permissions, and confirming any license changes before acting on reports. MSP License Tracker is a visibility tool, not a billing guarantee.

The service may not be used for unlawful access, reverse engineering, automated scraping beyond normal API use, credential sharing, or use outside legitimate IT administration and billing review workflows.

Reports depend on Microsoft Graph availability, customer tenant configuration, consented permissions, and Microsoft license prerequisites such as Entra ID P1/P2 for sign-in activity. Downtime or changes to Microsoft Graph APIs may affect report accuracy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe when paid plans are enabled. Trial limits and tenant caps are shown in the product and on the pricing page.

The service is provided for billing review and operational visibility. It is not a guarantee of invoice accuracy or Microsoft data completeness. MSP License Tracker's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.
